Rotary regenerative heat exchangers consist of an aluminum or steel housing and a rotating aluminum rotor driven by a geared motor through a V-belt transmission. To ensure tightness, a seal is installed between the frame and the housing.
Plate heat recovery heat exchangers consist of aluminum sheet plates forming channels for air flow attached to a galvanized steel frame in the form of a parallelepiped.
